Foxenwood Estates is a friendly unpretentious neighborhood where you will almost always find people out walking: power walking for exercise, in pairs, with dogs or with baby strollers!  There is a swim and tennis club available to residents only, and a 12-page newsletter published & delivered 6 times a year!  This is one neighborhood where there really is a sense of community and caring, so I suppose it’s not really hard to imagine why there are only two homes on the market — no one really wants to leave!
