It’s nearly the end of November and our real estate market in the Santa Maria Valley is scarcely slowing down!  Please remember, this past week included Thanksgiving, and all title companies were closed both Thursday and Friday since the county recording office was closed too, so it was basically a half-week.  It was a slow week for new listings, pendings, etc. but that’s to be expected.  Here are the stats from last week, and you can compare them to last Monday’s report here.
