  • Orcutt’s Foxenwood Estates Sales Activity Update

Published on April 1st, 2012D'Ann Bartley

No joke, it may be April Fool’s Day today, but there are now only TWO homes left for sale in Foxenwood Estates!  This very popular neighborhood in Orcutt is experiencing some healthy volume in sales activity recently, and it can only be because of the friendly, people-oriented nature of the area.  On any given day or evening, you will find couples, singles and families out walking their dogs, jogging, strolling hand in hand, pushing baby carriages, riding bikes — it’s a pleasure to see!

Bound on the north by the new Union Valley Expressway , to the east by the 135 Expressway, to the south by Orcutt Creek (in general), and to the west by Blosser Road, Foxenwood Estates was developed in the 1970′s through the late 1980′s by local builder Mark Smith.

Pioneer Park sits just to the northwest, at the corner of Blosser and Foster Road, and the charming village of Old Orcutt is to the south, definitely within walking distance!  Children in Foxenwood are served by the Orcutt Union School District, except at the high school level, when they attend either Righetti High or the private St. Joseph’s High, both just up Foster Road to the east at Bradley Road.

Foxenwood Estates Tennis & Swim Club is another treasured asset!  Please check it out right here.

I have compiled a complete analysis of current activity in Foxenwood on my other real estate website, www.SantaMariaRealEstate.net, and here is the direct link to the information!
