YEARS OF EXPERIENCE…A LIFETIME OF INTEGRITY!

I depend on experience, knowledge and strong work ethics to provide the best service possible for my real estate customers. First licensed in California in 1986, I have also lived and worked in Colorado and Nevada, returning to California in 2000.

I have completed many specialized real estate courses throughout the years, and have developed valuable skills in advertising and marketing properties. In 2008 & 2010, I earned a position in the Leading Edge Society of Prudential California Realty and was in the top ten in our office.

In December 2001, I completed a rigorous certification program, e-PRO, endorsed by the prestigious National Association of Realtors (NAR). e-PRO certification means I am prepared to employ the latest services and techniques available on the internet, for your benefit, when buying or selling property.

I hold a G.R.I. designation (Graduate, Realty Institute), an advanced course taken over a one year period that is very intense and time-consuming — the program includes 10 eight hour courses and 4 six hour courses — but I feel the value of the knowledge I gained, and will pass on to my clients, was worth every minute!

On July 17, 2008, I achieved the esteemed designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).  As G.R.I. is considered the Master’s Degree of real estate, the CRS is considered the PhD.  In addition to the demanding courses, there are stringent production requirements, making this designation one that can be achieved only by one with a high level of experience.  Of the more than one million real estate licensees in the United States, only 4.5% have earned this prestigious designation!

An experienced negotiator, I enjoy guiding my real estate clients through the process of home buying and selling, and I believe open, honest communication creates a positive transaction for all concerned.

On the personal side, I am a devoted Lakers fan, a life-long bridge player, an avid reader, and I particularly enjoy puzzles, both crossword and jigsaw.  My husband and I enjoy movies immensely, and we’d love to travel more, but it is hard to escape! However, when time permits, it’s fun to take a leisurely drive back to the Midwest, where I was born and raised, and visit family in Kansas and Missouri. We recently visited the gorgeous state of Oregon, and also had an exhilarating visit to the Big Apple!

We have three grown sons, but so far the score is 000 on grandchildren. We are fortunate to have one married son, Jay, living nearby on the Central Coast, but the others are quite far away: Mike is a television journalist in Tokyo, Japan, and our youngest son, Nick, is in New York City pursuing his dreams.

By filling out ALL fields when ordering materials or registering for a service, you’ll help me to understand your situation, your timetable, and when I should follow up.
